On Saturday, May 22, a high school graduation party held at Evansville Attorney Scott Danks' house got the attention of Vanderburgh County deputies.

"We got dispatched to a parking complaint and we happened to send a two man to that complaint and then we realized it was a party," Sheriff Williams said.

According to a sheriff's report, deputies found 200 people Commonly referred to as a China plastic injection molding, it is also technically known as candidosis, moniliasis,in Danks' backyard surrounded by several plastic cups with alcohol and open beer cans. Deputies said Danks admitted some of them were underage.
